Please excuse my error one message above: Elizabeth, the only daughter of Susanna, died without issue and was the last descendant of William Shakespeare and Anne Hathaway.

With regard to the most previous message, it has been quite firmly established that the last living descendant of Anne Hathaway was her granddaughter Elizabeth, daughter of Susanna, her eldest child with William Shakespeare. Susanna died without issue, and it is thus impossible for the above Ms. Seltzer to be descended from Anne Hathaway.

I am a descendant of Anne Hathaway. The middle name Ann has been passed down through the generations… At some point the ‘e’ was dropped. My mother’s name is Judith Ann. She was probably named after Anne’s daughter Judith.

Hi: I doing a family research and this family name of Parker Theodore Corbin he was accomplished painter, he painted Ann Hathaway’s Cottage. My son is learning English. In order to remember some words about London, I was looking for the photos about London, especially those of Big Ben, Bridge Tower, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Thames river, and the queen. Your pages is so nice created and it is realy very helpful. Thank you!

I am a photographer. My great-grandfather William Johnson was a miniature portrait artist & also a photographer. He lived with his family in Greenwich, hence my reason for clicking on to your very nice site. I was looking to see what Greenwich looks like. I have never been to England but I have always been interested in its history and culture. I hope to find more of my family in Kent, Sussex, and Wessex. I also second what the lady from Austin says of your images & words. Keep up the fine work.
